Bio: She/Her - My treatments and extended modalities have a wide range of services I have a focus in:
General Swedish Massage, TMJ, Hydrotherapy techniques, Fascial assessment & treatment, Sports Massage, Pre & Post natal- Pregnancy, Infant & Children, Therapeutic Exercises, and Acute and Chronic pain conditions.
I furthered my education with courses at The School of Structural Therapy in Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbosacral and Pelvic Mobilization Techniques. Upper Extremity- Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, direct and indirect techniques and applications.
I use a combination of myofascial release, muscle energy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, strain-counterstrain, and positional release techniques.

- Advanced Cranial Techniques (Craniosacral Therapy Level 2).
I graduated from CCMH in 2012 - I took on a Teaching position at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017. I’m a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, as well as the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
I look forward to assisting my clients with their personal goals and enhancing their activities of daily living.
